A
s Chloe Godard
continues to avoid
her intimidating
husband, Evan, she
spends a cosy night in
with her flatmate Nicky.
However, Evan’s soon
back on the scene when
his sister Phoebe is
admitted to Holby.
Phoebe (Daisy
Wood-Davis) has a
serious heart condition
but refuses to let Chloe
treat her after the way
she’s ‘upset’ her brother.
Chloe talks her round
but she’s clearly rattled
when Phoebe calls Evan
to come to the hospital.
Evan (Jack Ryder)
knows it’s awkward him
being there and, when
he tells Phoebe he
thinks it’s best he keeps
his distance, Phoebe
pleads with Chloe to
hear Evan out. Chloe
briefly softens towards
Evan but when Chloe’smum, Ange, sees them
talking she’s furious
and wants Evan gone!
Not one to take no for
an answer, Evan later
pushes his way into
Chloe’s flat while she’s
alone to talk to her.
When Nicky and fellow
flatmate Cameron
return home they order
him to get out. After
he refuses, Cameron’s
forced to call the police!Panic
‘Cameron was the only
one in the beginning
who had a gut feeling
about what Evan was
like and he’s fiercely
protective over Chloe,’
says Amy Lennox, who
plays the registrar.
Struggling to cope,
Chloe has a major panic
attack. Does Chloe
need saving from Evan?
‘Chloe’s a fighter,
not a victim,’ says Amy.

end of the tunnel – but
this tunnel is very dark
