Stir 100g butter, ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar, ½ cup pouring cream and
¼ teaspoon sea salt in a small saucepan over low heat for 2 minutes or until
combined. Serve Basic ButtermilkPancakes (recipe on page 12) topped with
sliced banana and caramel sauce.
