Stir ½ cup dark choc bits into Basic Buttermilk Pancakes batter (recipeon page 12)
before cooking. Melt 100g chopped dark chocolate with ½ cup pouring cream
in a saucepan over low heat for 2 minutes or until melted and smooth.
Serve pancakes topped with scoops of vanilla ice−cream and chocolate sauce.
