MISUZU HAMONO is the originator of the stainless steel WARIKOMI
knife. MISUZU HAMONO's WARIKOMI knives are all-purpose knives
developed by the founder Shinji Suzuki in 1946. Heused an epoch-
making idea of "using stainless steel, which has a non-rusting
characteristic, as a material for kitchen knives", and sandwiched both
sides of cutlery steel with stainless steel to "cut well and do not rust.“,
was manufactured for the first time in Japan. Even now, more than
half a century later, it is still used in public facilities and many homes.
