    Author's explanation and calling procedures:
    For this VHF Service, all sites use the call 'Cape Town Radio ';
    The positions along the coast are given, supplemented in ALRS Vol. 7 by a useful
    map showing the approximate location, with working channel(s), of each remote site;
    Alexander Bay Ch04, and Milnerton Ch25 -both showing superscript number I, can
    be used for Manual (operator connected) or 'Autolink' calls (Autolink is an automatic
    service, using special VHF radio equipment which operates similar to DSC, but was
    introduced before DSC was fully developed -which lets you dial the number directly
    and be connected without operator intervention. Can also be used Jor 'fox' calls);
    Milnerton Ch86 (superscript number 2) is Jor the Autolink service only (no operator
    assistance on this Channel). All other channels listed will offer Manual connection
    The station maintains watch on Ch76 only, 24-hours a day (and will move you to
    a working channel to connect your call);
    New telephone call bookings from-shore (traffic) will be announced on Ch 16 when
    the booking is received - e.g., 'Wizard Wizard this is Cape Town Radio -traffic'
    and, if 'Wizard' does not respond to this call, it will be added to the 'Traffic List'
    of names broadcast working channels at the times shown above (following an
    announcement on CH16, e.g.,
    'All Stations this is Cape Town Radio -Jor traffic list, listen on working channels'
