PIZZA AIR-FRIED OR OVEN-BAKED?


The air fryer is faster than the oven, but a small air fryer might only
fit one pizza at a time, so plan accordingly. To save time, you can
par-bake all four crusts in the oven (15 minutes); dress them up
with toppings and air-fry one or two pizzas in as few as 6 minutes.
Par-baking also prevents the toppings from making the pizza
soggy. Keep extra par-baked crusts in the freezer, placing a sheet of
parchment or waxed paper between them to prevent sticking.

PIZZA IN TWO STEPS AIR FRYER OVEN



  1. Par-bake the pizza crust 8 minutes at 370°F 15 minutes at 450°F

  2. Finish baking topped pizza 6–8 minutes at 370°F 20 minutes at 450°F
