Micro-modular PLC with I/O capabilities
The stackable Productivity1000 micro-modular PLC system pro-
vides communication; user-friendly programming; integrated
data storage; and a lineup of discrete, analog and specialty I/O
modules in a super-compact size. The system can be expanded
with as many as eight I/O
modules for a total of 128
discrete I/O points or 48 analog
I/O channels. Direct-current
modules include higher-densi-
ty 6 - and 1 5-pt Vdc models and
8- and 1 6-pt Vac/Vdc input ver-
sions. The line also includes
8-pt 1 20-240 Vac I/O modules;
RTD four-channel input; combination four-channel input, two-
channel output; and 0 -20 mA and 0 -10 Vdc modules.

FSoE master safety PLC
This safety PLC is a failsafe over EtherCAT (FSoE) master used
in tandem with the machine PLC to execute and monitor the
machinery’s safety functions. FSoE uses a black-channel ap-
proach and can be used with other bus systems. The PLC con-
nects with other FSoE slave modules such as safe I/O and servo
drives with safe motion functionality. For monitoring safety
devices with the safety PLC, KEB offers
dedicated safe I/O modules. Each FSoE
slave device has four safe inputs, two
safe outputs and four OSSD outputs.
One FSoE master can control as many
as 65, 535 slave devices.

IPC for control and visualization application
The BL2 7000 series features a seventh-generation Intel Core
i5-7442EQ quad-core CPU for control and visualization ap-
plications. It uses an external, temperature-controlled fan to
improve cooling in applications with insufficient airflow. The
external fan does not draw any dirt, dust or contaminants to
the inside of the PC. The BL2 family is available in three perfor-

mance classes (1000/2000/7000)
as a blind-node box IPC (wall-
mount or DIN rail-mount) or
as an all-in-one panel PC.
These IPCs use the latest
generation M.2 nonrotating solid-state
drive technology with drive sizes ranging from 30 to 480 GB. An
optional Wi-Fi module (802.11 a/b/g/n) allows connection to the
company network

DIN PID process controller
The Model 535 process ¼ DIN PID process controller is designed
to control any process variable, including temperature, pres-
sure, flow and level, in batch and continuous processes. It has
a sampling rate of 10 times/sec; universal process input; and
modular, field-interchangeable outputs. It is equipped with an
RS-485 serial communications interface for fast and accurate
data transmission and is capable of sophisticated control
algorithms, including the Powertune
family of tuning algorithms. This fam-
ily includes three unique versions of
tuning: pretune, powerback and adap-
tive tuning.

Entry-level PC-based controller
The CX7000 embedded PC incorporates TwinCAT 3 software into
a compact, DIN rail-mounted controller. It is equipped with an
ARM Cortex-M7 processor ( 32 bit, 400 MHz) and built-in configu-
rable I/O. The PC’s design—49 x 100 x 72 mm—ensures optimal
scalability of PC-based control for small controller applications
that typically require a
minimal footprint. Its mul-
tifunctional I/O channels
are integrated directly and
include eight digital inputs,
24 Vdc, 3 ms filter, type 3
and four digital outputs, 24
Vdc, 0 .5 A, one-wire tech-
