Muili-buoy moorings are usually located in areas where wealher and sea condilions are mild to
moderate. This is because the mooring restraint is Limited due to the requirement 10 payout Ibe
mooring lines on both port and starboard sides. in conirast 10 mooring al piers and sea islands
where the lines are paid OUI on one side only.
