I The first SeaXplorer 77 has hit the water at Damen’s

Galati facility on the Danube River. Named La Datcha, the

77-metre yacht boasts a spectacular inventory of expedition

kit, including a helideck and hangar for two helicopters, a

dive centre and two tender garages. Commissioned by an

owner passionate about surfing, diving and heli-skiing, this

six-deck, 2,560GT yacht can carry enough supplies and fuel

for 40 days at sea, along with 12 guests and 25 crew. See the
