01 The F-Type Coupé looks perfectly suited to any situation. Don't be fooled though, it lives up to, and
even exceeds its intent as a performance machine. You will also get better security and much more
stowage via the hatchback. As anticipated, the body is stiffer than the Convertible.

Cayman S to a 911 Turbo, depending on which variety you go
for. The F-Type will always have a better sense of humour than
its immediate rivals.
F-Type now offers new standard equipment, more paint
colour choices and revised titles. Every model has an up-dated
infotainment system that includes a larger 10 inch touchscreen
with improved functionality and graphics.
The list of standard driver assists adds an adaptive speed
limiter, automated emergency braking, driver-attention
monitor and lane-keeping assist.
Buyers can choose from eighteen new exterior colours in
either a gloss or matte finish. The four cylinder F-Type is
athletic and responsive, a fun companion with which to charge
down serpentine roads.
The F-Type's interior is nicely fitted and well appointed.
Leather and suede front seats are standard, with premium
leather available at extra cost. Electric adjustments for the
seats and steering wheel are standard in every F-Type, as they
should be in cars of this calibre, but more exotic features such

as a heated steering wheel and seats cost extra. There's plenty
of legroom, but headroom in the Coupé can be tight until you
find the right seat adjustment.
Those sport seats are a big ask financially, but, wow, are they
excellent. Comfortable, adjustable and brilliant to look at, they
brighten up the cabin, and are as eye-catching as the F-Type’s
exterior styling. The leather treatment extends throughout
the entirety of the F-Type’s cabin, and creates a very upscale
ambiance.
There is not one thing in the F-Type’s cabin that looks or
feels out of place, or cheap in quality.
Everyone we asked thought the car would be more expensive
than it was.
Pleasingly, the turbocharged four-cylinder model keeps the
price of entry low while propelling the F-Type from zero to 100
kph in just 5.4 seconds.
Standard equipment includes LED headlights, a 380-
watt Meridian-branded audio system, seats with memory,
navigation, and a rear view camera.
