“right”,makingthema goodplaceforentertainingowners,making
contactsand“platforminghorsestoa differentclientele”.
“Goodhospitalitygetspeopletalkingina waythata lukewarm
burger doesn’t,”saidJay.“Forowners,it’sthekindofplacethat
givesthemthebug.I don’tbringmyownersto
nationalshows—onlytoBolesworth,Hicksteadand
WindsorwhereI knowtheywillbelookedafter.We
mustremembershowjumpingis supposedtobean
entertainment sport and the Globals do it very well.”
