MOST DRINK CANS CRUSHED WITH THE ELBOW
Pakistani martial arts instructor Muhammad Rashid set a
new world record (and made a sticky mess) when he crushed
77 drink cans with his elbow in one minute. This record was
set in Gemona del Friuli, Italy, on 17 Apr 2016 at an event
organized by Associazione Cons.erva (ITA). Rashid holds
numerous in-a-minute martial arts records, including most
nunchaku hits (350) and most spins of a fire staff (188).
