  1. Stand erect
    with your feet
    in their usual
    stance position.
    Set your left arm
    straight out in
    front of you, then
    swing it across
    your chest as far
    as you can with-
    out bending it.
    2. Bend your
    knees and tilt
    forward into your
    regular golf pos-
    ture. Important:
    Try not to move
    your left arm.

  2. Still keeping
    your left arm
    straight, rotate
    your shoulders
    90 degrees.

  3. Move your
    right hand up to
    your left, as if
    you’re gripping
    an imaginary
    club. Allow your
    right elbow to
    fold naturally.
    Presto! Your per-
    fect top position!
