In our Level 1 Yin training you will gain insight and knowledge to Yin Yoga
and the anatomic and energetic practice that Yin Yoga emphasises. In the
Level 2 Yin-Yang training we further our knowledge with more anatomy,
yoga philosophy, and the understanding of cells and our body, heart and
mind in our yoga practice and teachings.

Level 2 - Yin Yang Yoga Therapy Teacher Training 100 HoursJoin Mysan and her team at The Sanctuary to learn the foundations of
teaching Hatha yoga from a practical and functional perspective. This
training provides you with a brilliant tool kit and amazing knowledge
on how to teach Hatha yoga beyond a one size ”fits” all rules-based
approach, to teach yoga with depth, in a way that can suit each unique
student that will cross your path as a yoga teacher.
The focus is on the purpose of yoga, yoga philosophy, the purpose of
each pose and how we can tailor each practice to benefit every student
and their individual needs. From this solid, knowledge based foundation
we can then explore the depths of yoga and help people to find and
shine their light.
This is a thorough training that will set you up with knowledge and skills
to teach authentic yoga classes with confidence and joy.
Part Time study on Saturdays 10.30am – 6pm
