Gut Quiz: Do You Have Symptoms of Impaired Gut Function?
Many people with Hashimoto’s and other autoimmune conditions do
not immediately associate poor gut function with their immune status.
Some may not realize they are experiencing symptoms until they elimi-
nate foods (see the Intolerances chapter).
