in your life? Write down a list of things you find stressful and note
whether these stressors are things you should or could get rid of—or
if you need to re-evaluate your approach to how you perceive them.
Try to avoid these stressors: pushing yourself past the point of being tired,
caffeine, sugar, alcohol, flour, staying up past 11 p.m., being hard on
yourself, and feeling sorry for yourself.
