Adrenal Testing

Performed by collecting saliva throughout the day, adrenal testing can
help identify the stage of adrenal fatigue. These tests also show if there is
a deficiency in secretory IgA.

Nutrient Testing

Testing for nutrient depletions can be done through basic blood test-
ing by ordering specific nutrients such as ferritin, B 12 , and vitamin D.
Hair testing may also reveal nutrient deficiencies and heavy metal levels.
SpectraCell labs offer an advanced mineral testing option.

Genetic Testing and Nutrient Extraction

Testing for the MTHFR gene variation can be done though a blood test
to see if the person has the standard or mutated copies of the MTHFR
gene. Testing homocysteine levels is also recommended for people with
this gene variation.
