Because people are frightened of the unknown, the best thing you can do to
lower your stress is to prepare yourself. If you’ve memorized the test directions,
know how to approach all the question types, and have taken a number of
practice tests, then there won’t be any unknowns to stress you out. (You can even
pick a Saturday morning to get up early, go through the routine you have
planned for test day, and take a full practice test. There, there, it’s not that bad.)
