OM in 30 seconds

“This asana gives us a wonderful
opportunity to explore the balance
between effort and ease in our yoga
practice and legs. The posture allows the
spine to lengthen and opens the back of
the legs and the inner thigh muscles.”
360 ̊ Yoga (Page 38)
“Having a greater awareness on
sensual experiences constantly
brings us into the present moment
and in touch with ourselves.”
When Pleasure Meets
Mindfulness (Page 58)

“Presenting yoga through story not
only captures their imagination and
enthusiasm but also teaches children
about the power within themselves,
physically and mentally.”
The Power Of Story (Page 94)
