In aid of The Hope Foundation, a charity that helps
India’s poor children, top UK yoga instructor Simon
Low is once again hosting this annual summer get
together. Last year, the event raised almost £12,000
for charity. A delicious day of treats for the body, mind
and soul in the peaceful surroundings of Commonwork
Farm, an eco-friendly organic centre in beautiful Kent.

June 28, 2015A day of back-to-back yoga, meditation and Tai chi classes at this amazing
new studio that only opened its doors in January. Fantastic stalls including
Sweaty Betty Cobham and Not Just Gym, among others, and an ayurvedic
tent with treatments and talks, as well as great food and drink. Californian
