The Island of Seagulls (or Isola dei Gabbiani in Italian),
Sardinia, is a beautiful spot for a bit of SUP Yoga, with
the stunning Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. The
cove shown in the photo is in the northern tip of the
island, it’s a place that is difficult to reach and hardly
anyone sets foot there. But it’s perfect for yogini
Heleen Muijsers. “It’s quiet and lonely, the water is
clean and clear and, in front, you can easily see the
coast of Corsica, which is just a few miles away.”om beginnings
