Be kind
We could all use a little more kindness in our
lives. Try this experiment: close your eyes and
take a few deep breaths into your belly. Settle
into this moment, and during the stillness,
ask yourself “What can I do right now to make
someone’s day?” Sit and listen for a minute
or so. It could be “call Mum”, “leave a special
note for my partner in his lunch box” or
even “take myself for a swim in the ocean”.
Now, act on whatever arises in your
awareness. You’ll feel better for it all day long.
