The Guide has always been a reli-
able mileage shoe for those with
some need for medial support.
The 10th version of the Guide
provides a lot of cushioning with a
newly designed midsole that feels
slightly more stable and firmer.
The ninth generation of this
model got the big Everun upgrade.
Saucony continues to use the thin
layer of material at the top sole
for increased comfort and impact
reduction. Our testers have
responded quite favourably to the
Everun technology, so we’re happy
to see it back in this version.
The Guide 10 also features an
all-new mesh upper that is more
breathable and easy on the foot
during a long run. The fit is a touch
narrow at first, but will expand
once broken in. The reconfigured
and improved outsole is now more
flexible and provides a smoother
heel-to-toe transition.
We recommend the Guide 10
for long runs and easy runs.–CR
