Ifyoursconsistsofarrivingatthecoursewithenough
timeforjustacoupleofquickpracticeputts,you’re
costing yourself shots and opportunities to win. The last
thingyouwantistimetokill,somyrecommendationis
togiveyourself45minutestoprepareforyourround.
Followthisroutinetoensureallareasofyourgame
receivesomeattentionbeforeyouplay.
2 SCOOPS CHOCOLATE
PROTEIN POWDER
1.5 TBSP PEANUT
BUTTER
6 SCOOPS
OF OATS
HANDFUL OF BROKEN
BANANA CHIPS
SPRINKLE OF
CINNAMON
5 OR 6 SQUARES OF MELTED
DARK CHOCOLATE
MIXED SEEDS
(PUMPKIN,
SUNFLOWER ETC)
Q 5 minutes – Perform some gentle stretching
exercises to loosen up the muscles in your back,
shoulders and legs
Q 10 minutes – Hit some simple chip and pitch shots
with different length swings
Q 15 minutes – Starting with your pitching wedge,
work your way through the bag, hitting five full
shots with each club
Q 10 minutes – On the practice putting green, spend
some time working on your distance control from
between 20 to 30-feet. Then hole some very short-
range putts from a length where you can’t miss
Q If possible, try to hit a couple of shots at the
practice range or into a net with the club you intend
to use off the first tee
