Fargo Championship with a

prototype of this driver a year

ago, but PXG didn’t want to

release it because they knew

they could make it even better.

They’ve done exactly that

with a patented honeycomb TPE

(thermoplastic elastomer) insert

inside the clubhead. This high-

performance compound

dampens vibrations to enhance

sound and feel and its

honeycomb structure reduces

the overall mass of the

clubhead, which helps make it

more efficient.

The clubface is a variable

thickness design made from a

high-strength titanium alloy that

makes it stronger and lighter.

PXG’s Precision Weighting

System on the sole features

high-density tungsten and low-

density titanium weights that

can be moved to affect spin and

shot shape.

The driver is available in 9°,

10.5° and 12° loft options and

there is also a lighter 0811LX

model. The full X range also

includes 0341X fairway woods

and 0317X hybrids.
