Warrior Pose II
“The more I ground into and trust the earth and my body
in Warrior II, the more I am able to breathe. I practice
turning my palms up on the inhalation, while I outwardly
rotate my shoulders and open my heart. During the exha-
lation, I turn my palms down, leaving my shoulders and
heart open. I surrender to the expansion throughout my
body while acknowledging how strong I truly feel. I use
the breath to find both strength and surrender.”
