Here is a gentle yoga practice to help you
ground and reset. With Doctor Yogi
- Effortless Rest Pose
Lie supine, knees bent, with your feet flat underneath your knees. Palms
can rest on the belly or face upwards either side of the body. Close
the eyes and take a moment to notice how you’re feeling and start to
observe the flow of your natural breath. Feel the weight of your body
on the floor and see if one side feels heavier than the other. With
each exhale imagine your body is becoming heavier as you enjoy the

straight out in front. Soften your eyes and tune

mind: it might be an intention for the rest of

something that feels right in this moment.
