BEFORE YOU DISMISS FACE YOGA as another
gimmick, cast your eyes upon this research. A recent Chicago
university experiment discovered that half an hour of face yoga
practiced over 20 weeks lowered the average estimated age of
women by 3 years. A group of 27 women aged 40 to 65 practiced
32 face yoga poses daily, and, at the end of the experiment, were
estimated to be 3 years younger, compared to the estimates at
the beginning of the study.
