Your Morning Routine Blueprint

Whatever emotions you’ve had in the past about your
health or your body, now is the time to lay those at the feet
of Jesus. The beauty of integrating our God time, Plan time,
and Move time is that we can move into each segment with
increasing freedom. When we surround our exercise time with
God time, we insulate ourselves from the many messages the
Enemy uses to discourage and disconnect us.
As part of your God time, lay your fears and insecuri-
ties before the One who designed every part of you. In faith,
believe that you are wholly designed for the glory of God and
to bring hope to others. He made you the way you are for a
reason. As you pursue your optimal energy level, don’t believe
the lie that you need to fit into a box or be like anyone else.
When you run someone else’s race, you leave a void in the race
you are supposed to run (Heb. 12:1).
Our God is not a redundant Creator. It’s time to start run-
ning your race.
