What tasks can you do the night before that will simplify
anything you might need to do in the morning?
Prep Your Family
If you have small children and your husband has agreed to
“run defense” if the kids wake up during your morning time,
thank him for that and ask if there is anything you can prep
to make it easier for him if they do wake up. You might also
offer to take over after your morning time so he can have his
own morning routine.
If your children are old enough, remind them of their
wake- up time and make sure they have morning resources to
keep them busy if they wake up when you do.
