Habit- Building Examples
I don’t use every tool for every habit I try to build; I just
evaluate what I’m trying to accomplish and pick the right tools
for the job. Here are a few examples:

alarm “War Room” (after the movie title) to remind me
of why I’m getting out of bed and what I’m going to do. - Choice architecture: my cloffice (closet office). It has
everything I need for my morning time: blankets,
coffee, candles, my Bible, pens, a notebook. It makes it

handwriting while I write out scriptures. Can’t say I’m
