Tiny habit: (I don’t really use one here since this is an
easy habit for me.)
Keystone habit: (I don’t use one here.)
Keep it fun: I used to make my own smoothies and put
tons of extra greens in and all kinds of extras. But,
frankly, they tasted nasty. So I keep it fun by allowing
myself to buy a smoothie mix that tastes amazing and
add in a few things to boost the nutrition and energy it
provides.
Reward: tons of energy. I feel good about how I start
my day.
Habit script: make my smoothie and immediately wash
all the blender parts so I’m ready for the next morning.
