much more as we inhale and exhale. Yoga

the body and see all that’s around you
in complete awareness. The body is the
beginning, the mind is the destination.

Street teaching
Teaching privately is a lot more emotionally
intimate, for me and the client; they are
more willing to try a full sequence, and listen
to what is going on. Teaching in a public
space is more rewarding because usually
the person is just passing by unexpectedly
and decides to stay. Usually, at most I get to
give them a few pointers about how to help
reduce the tension/pain that they originally
came to me for. Rarely do we have the
time to go into detail on asana, as they are
usually in transit.

“Always study the source: the source of your problems, the source of your
ignorance, the source of your history...in love, in choices, in emotions,
even genetics...all of it! The path to enlightenment is there. It is the

continuous glimmer which is a full depth of a tunnel away in understanding –

however, right in front of you when you are ready to at least see your lack
of comprehension. Enlightenment is to realise you know nothing and be
willing to engage the world fully knowing that.”
