God bless you all at The Yoga Institute and give you more courage to keep on
this life-saving legacy. We are proud to be a part of the Institute. No words will be
enough to say Thank You.

I am a regular visitor at The Yoga Institute and I hear Hansaji’s lectures often.
She rightly says that human emotions of frustration, anger, anxiety and depression
lead to a lot of human diseases like diabetes, stroke, etc. Thanks to yoga, my life has
changed for the better, mentally and otherwise.

The January 2018 issue of Yoga and Total Health featured a beautiful article on
‘Mind Management’ by Smt. Hansaji, where she has discussed key points to remain
happy, joyful and peaceful. There should be strict discipline in our thoughts, words
and actions, we should be able to quieten our minds to analyse what is right and
what is wrong. There should be a coordination and balance of our body, mind,
thoughts, emotions and, most importantly, faith. Faith in the divine force that life
is a gift; things will happen in life but keep going, keep moving because nothing
is forever.

Smt. Hansaji’s article ‘Mind management’ (‘Yoga and Total Health,’ January 2018)
was very informative. To understand the mechanism of the brain requires a brain
of that calibre! Those who use their brain effectively live longer. The modern
education is providing too many ready references - like computers, calculators,
internet etc., which results in poor exercise of the brain. Calculators are used to
calculate even a simple calculation like 10% of a figure! Those who are professional
always use (exercise) their brain more effectively. Many politicians too use their
brain effectively - we see that they are actively involved in politics even in their
seventies, eighties and nineties. In any case, as per a research, the human brain
is used to only 10% of its capacity throughout one’s life! It is widely used to think
commercially in business/job matters, to get success.
