CHATURANGA –
FOUR LIMBED STAFF POSE


Lower the knees to the ground to protect
the lower back, and instead of coming
all the way to the floor, bend the arms
into a half push up before returning to
downward dog. Alternatively, move
through a couple of rounds of cat/cow
(pictured) (being mindful not to move
into too deep a backbend) or simply
stay resting on the hands and knees.
