YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
The Ultimate Sequence
I call this the ultimate sequence because it combines
everything you know into one sequence. Essentially it is
the entire set of poses from chapter 3 done in order with
the added Vinyasas to help you move from pose to pose.
This sequence will be incredibly challenging. Attempt
to do this sequence once you have been practicing
for a while.
Except for the Sun Salutes, hold each pose for fi ve breaths.
This sequence will take about an hour and a half.

- Sun Salute A
- Sun Salute B
- Crescent
- Warrior Three
- Standing Splits
- Standing Forward Fold
- Half Forward Fold
- Vinyasa (repeat poses
5 to 10 for your other side)
