MAKING UP
Block gently to measurements, following
any yarn care instructions on the ball
band. Join right shoulder seam.

NECKBAND
With RS facing and using 4.5mm needles,
pick up and knit 15 ( 15 :15: 15 :19: 19 ) sts down
left front neck edge, 18 ( 20 :22: 22 :24: 26 ) sts
from centre front neck, 15 ( 15 :15: 15 :19: 19 )
sts up right front neck edge and 38 ( 40 :42:
42 :44: 46 ) sts from back neck.
86 ( 90 :94: 94 :106: 110 ) sts.

Next row (WS): P1, *P2, K2; rep from * to
last st, P1.
Next row (RS): K1, *P2, K2; rep from * to
last st, K1.
Rep last 2 rows 4 times more.
Cast off in patt on WS.

Join left shoulder seam and neckband.

RIGHT CAP SLEEVE
Measure 17½ ( 19 :20½:21½:23: 24 ) cm on
e it h e r si d e of r i g ht sh ou l d e r s e a m a n d
place a removable marker at each point
[35 ( 38 :41: 43 :46: 48 ) cm between markers].

With RS facing, using 4.5mm needles, and
starting at the right-hand stitch marker,
pick up and knit 70 ( 78 :82: 86 :90: 98 ) sts
evenly between mrks, with 35 ( 39 :41: 43 :
45: 49 ) sts on either side of shoulder seam.

Work 2 rows in Rib Patt.

Keeping patt correct, work short rows as
foll:
Short rows 1-2: Pat t to l a s t 7 ( 8 :8: 9 :9: 10 ) sts,
w&t.
Short rows 3-6: Pat t to 7 ( 8 :9: 9 :10: 11 ) sts
before last w&t, w&t.
Short rows 7-8: Pat t to l a s t 4 ( 4 :4: 5 :5: 6 ) sts,
working wraps with wrapped sts, w&t.
Next row: Pat t to e n d , work i n g w r ap w it h
wrapped st.
Cast off, working wrap with wrapped st.

LEFT CAP SLEEVE
Work as for Right Cap Sleeve, placing
markers either side of left shoulder seam.

FINISHING
Sew side seams.
Weave in ends and block gently to
measurements, following any yarn care
instructions on the ball band.
