Part of the baa ram ewe team,

Graeme is a keen designer who

takes inspiration from the

historic places and stunning

landscapes of Yorkshire. His

lovely stranded colourwork

sweater design is in our

special supplement celebrating

baa ram ewe’s 10th birthday.

Carol Meldrum

Influenced by Scottish themes

and textile traditions, Carol is

known for her fashionable and

playful knitting patterns, and

for her range of popular books

including Knitlympics and

Knitted Icons. Her latest design

for us is a cosy yet feminine

poncho with colourful stripes.

Mary Henderson

Mary is passionate about

the stitch patterns of

traditional Scottish knitting,

and she has won a firm

following thanks to her

intricate Fair Isle designs

and her talent for colour

combining. This month, she

brings us a pretty colourwork
