rica Moore is an ex-lawyer turned professional tea addict. She
founded specialist tea brand eteaket (eteaket.co.uk) in 2008 to
help people connect and create mindful moments through the joy
of leaf tea. That includes hosting regular wellness events at her
concept store in Edinburgh, where guests get to experience the
positive effects of tea on mind and body, and how it can help with hydration
and exercise.
The company has a range of loose leaf tea and tea bags for retail and
supplies hundreds of cafes, restaurants and shops all over the UK. “We also do
cool innovative things with tea including Europe’s first barrel aged tea (Tomatin
Whisky Tea), Isle of Harris Gin Tea, tea cocktails, cold brew tea, making our own
teaware and creating unusual tea lattes!”
And the eteaket team likes to give back too through the Cuppas for Causes
