OM Yoga Magazine – July 2018

(coco) #1

Visitors come to the OM Yoga Show to immerse themselves in a truly
yogic atmosphere for the whole weekend. Free open classes provide the
opportunity to be inspired by leading teachers; the chance to try something
new, or revisit an old favourite. Open classes, located within the exhibition, are
free of charge to all visitors, and operate on a first come, first served basis.
For those looking for a slightly more in depth experience, workshops
will take place throughout the three days, during which teachers will lead
longer sessions. Workshop tickets will be available to purchase when the full
schedule is announced prior to the show.
When visitors want to take a break from practicing yoga, they can take
advantage of the showcase of over 200 exhibitors, who will be on hand to
provide a fantastic range of yoga accessories, clothing, jewellery, super food,
retreats and much more. Exhibitors at the OM Yoga Show are committed to
ensuring that visitors are able to lead the ultimate yogic lifestyle.
There has never been a better time to visit the OM Yoga Show, with more
than ever to see and do. Whether you have been practicing yoga for years, or
you are a complete beginner, there really is something for everyone!

WORKSHOPS WITH THE

TOP YOGA TEACHERS
At the show this year we have some amazing teachers
joining us from across the globe. Dylan Ayaloo will be holding
a workshop designed for yoga teachers to help develop
their sequencing skills to take back to their own class and
students. You can also work towards the splits with our OM
Yoga show guide cover star Sabi Kerr and master those
seated positions with the wonderful Yamuna Zake amongst
many others.

FREE OPEN CLASSES!
As always we will have hundreds of free 30 minute classes taking place
over the weekend to cover a wide range of different styles and levels. We
have Julia Reindl joining us from Austria to share her Jaw Yoga class which
involves scientifically-based jaw, face and tongue exercises to promote
overall health. If you are looking for something more challenging why not try
Trevor Laurency’s Yoga Flow with BodyHoliday which challenges both the
body and mind with a totally different method of Ashtanga Yoga. Whether you
are a complete beginner or are a more advanced practitioner there is an open
class for everyone.
