OM Yoga Magazine – July 2018

OM in 30 seconds

In the coming months, OM will be
exploring the #MeToo movement and
its impact and implications within the
yoga community. It’s a highly charged
and emotive topic and we’d like to know
what you think. Please get in touch.

Crow pose is a fun yet challenging pose
that forms one of the peaks of a yoga
sequence. This strong arm balance
works the musculature of the wrists,
arms and shoulders. It is a great way to
build core stability.

I now believe depression is the soul shaking
us by the scruff of the neck, screaming at
us to get in touch with ourselves; to leave
self doubt and the world of the mind behind
and follow our feminine instinct, because
therein lies joy, happiness and oneness.
