How to make olive leaf tea

Take a ‘fat’ pinch of tea and place in a

teapot or infuser. Pour over water which

has just boiled. Leave to steep for about six

minutes (olive leaves are thicker than tea

leaves and need longer to brew). When the

pot is finished it can be ‘refreshed’ at least

once if not twice. The tea can be drunk

either hot, tepid, cold or iced.
