PRIZE INCLUDES: Arrival Day One
Meet and greet tour coordinators at Osaka International Airport

Day Two
Breakfast buffet at hotel. Accompanied transportation to Ikoma
(Nara). Meet master Tango Tanimura, one of the last living bamboo
whisk masters in Japan, who will make a custom bamboo whisk for
the winner while they watch the technique.
Omotesenke Tea Ceremony Master will perform a tea ceremony
using one of Master Tanimura’s whisks and top ceremonial grade
matcha from Chiki Tea.
Enjoy a local Japanese lunch in historic Nara. A private guided
yoga session will be conducted by a resident monk at the famous
Shouryakuji Temple.

Day Three
Transportation to Kyoto Station.
Tea Ceremony lesson at Camelia Garden next to the famous Ryoanji
Temple, using Chiki Tea top ceremonial grade matcha and chasen by
Tanimura san.
Enjoy a kaiseki lunch sampling some of the best of Kyoto cuisine.
Visit Ryoanji Temple during free time in beautiful Kyoto.

2018 or 17 - 30 March 2019.

This is a 3 night, 4 day prize for one winner plus guest that can be booked

during any of the 28 days offered (either from 25 November - 8 December 2018

or 17 - 30 March 2019) the winners are welcome to extend their stay at their

own expense but the ceremony has to be within the dates provided.

The prize does not include any associated costs incurred by the winner such

as travel, additional accommodation or expenses. The prize is for one winner

and guest traveling together. The prize must be booked at least 12 weeks in

advance. The prize is non-transferrable. The accommodation is for three nights

in a 5-star luxury hotel. The promoter reserves the right to downgrade the hotel

if the sponsored hotel is fully booked on any of the desired days. The winner will

receive one chasen made by Master Tanimura and one 100g tin of Chiki Tea’s

top ceremonial matcha. The prize draw will take place on 18 July 2018. Before

entering to win, please consider the dates of prize availability. The prize is

valid only on the dates specified and no substitute dates will be permitted. The

winner and guest can choose to stay longer in Japan at their own expense and

coordination.
