Modi cations and Other Options


  • If you have a history of back pain, place a folded blanket under the
    sitz bones and proceed cautiously or remain upright.

  • Feel free to target one leg at a time by bringing the torso toward
    one side and reach the hands out while grabbing the foot or shin
    (1). Allow the chest to melt toward the leg. Repeat on the other
    side.
