Modi cations and Other Options



  • For more of a shoulder stretch, bring the hands around to the
    lower back and, while interlacing the  ngers, draw the arms toward
    straight (1).

  • If you have low blood pressure, exit mindfully by rolling up slowly
    and continuing to breathe.

  • If you have lower-back pain, bend the knees as much as you need to
    soften the intensity of the stretch.
