Students with lower-back issues should be careful not to ex too far.
Modify the pose if you experience discomfort in the shoulders.
Alignment Points
- Begin by lying on your back.
- Slide both the head and the feet toward the left side as you slide
the hips to the right, creating a crescent shape through the body. - Place the right leg over the top the left leg and then gently grab the
right wrist with the left hand. - Repeat on the other side.
