  • If you feel discomfort in the shoulders, either grab opposite elbows
    with opposite hands to frame the head (1) or bring the arms to cac-
    tus variation, where the arms are bent at 90 degrees and the palms
    face up.

  • If you feel numbness in the hands, rest them on the front ribs or exit
    the pose sooner.
