CAT PULLING ITS TAIL POSE

This pose stretches the quadriceps and the chest and massages the
spine.
Risks and Contraindications
If you have lower-back pain, proceed carefully.
Alignment Points


  • Begin by lying on your back and bring both knees into the belly.

  • Extend the right leg out straight and reach the left arm out to the
    left.

  • Allow the left knee to drape across over to the right.

  • Rest the right hand on top of the left knee.

  • Bend your right knee and reach back with the left hand to grab your
    right foot.

  • Draw your left shoulder blade down into the  oor, opening the
    chest toward the sky.

  • Repeat on the other side.
    Modi cations and Other Options
    For a deeper twist, extend the top leg out straight.
