The photo shows Jane Lambert enjoying an impromptu tree pose in the
stunning scenery of Austria. Magnificent mountain views and a bright,
sunny day make for a great setting for any yoga practice, anytime.
“Though yoga is not a regular part of my routine, spending a
couple of days in the Austrian Alps was all the inspiration I needed,”
she tells OM. “The views surrounding the hotel are beautiful, and on a
beautiful summer’s day, we decided to take a walk a short way up the
mountain to get a better look.”
She adds: “We snapped plenty of photographs, including this one,
before remembering that it’s important to experience the view, as well
as capture it! So, we sat beside the cows who graze on the mountain,
enjoyed the clean Alpine air and looked out on the magnificent vista.”
