A centre of excellence for yoga, pilates and treatments

S

ince 2000, when triyoga first opened its doors in Primrose
Hill, its aim was to inspire and help people lead a healthier
life. That aim continues today.
There are now five centres across London – Camden,
Chelsea, Ealing, Shoreditch and Soho – highlighting
triyoga’s incredible success.
Across its five locations, you can do pretty much anything
and everything.
Start or deepen your yoga practice, learn about cutting edge
personal development, yoga philosophy and meditation, or take a
pilates or barre class. There’s also an amazing range of treatments
with some of London’s top therapists.
Naturally, there’s a wide variety of classes including more than
40 styles of yoga, pilates and barre. These fall under six broad
categories: dynamic; hot/warm; non-postural; precise; relaxing/
therapeutic; and family. Whatever your interests you’ll be under
expert eyes: triyoga attracts top teaching talent not only from the
UK but from around the world.
And it’s a great place for teacher training too. Its 350-hour
teacher training diploma course is established as one of the leading
trainings in the UK. It takes place over 24 months and covers asana,
pranayama, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and is accredited
by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals (Yoga
Alliance UK) and registered with Yoga Alliance USA. There are also
advanced teacher trainings and specialist trainings, such as a 220-
hour kundalini yoga teacher training with Gurmukh and Gurushabd
Khalsa as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
